Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee on to fabric. The item is then placed through a conveyor oven that cures the ink. After the item is cured the design will last for many years.
Screen printing is one of the most economical ways to print after a design is created. A Plus Designs has the most up to date equipment, housing two automatic presses along with manual printers. We pride ourselves on our high standards with each of our prints. Our printers have over 30 years of experience in the printing industry. Their attention to detail is some of the best in the industry. We also offer specialty ink includes reflective, fluorescents, water base, discharge, Crystalina, Liquid Gold and Silver, Gold and Silver Shimmer, and also Puff ink.

We are able to print raster as well as vector designs. If you do not have either our graphics team can create a custom design for you from scratch. Our in house graphic designers have many years of experience, and are able to tackle almost any project.

Digital Transfer & Direct to Film Transfers
Our Heat Transfer process is any design printed out on vinyl and cut out to achieve detail to complex, colorful logos. The design is then weeded, meaning the unprinted area is removed. Once the design is placed on the item it is pressed with our heat press. This adheres the design to the fabric. Transfers have many possibilities, but are great for performance fabric that is hard to do an embroidery or screen print on. It is perfect for small runs and multi-color logos.
We now offer Direct to Film Transfers. This process involves printing images directly to a film that is then heat applied to garments. The benefits of this process is the ability to do smaller fine detail with full color images.
Our graphics design department is the best at making all the recommendations on if a heat transfer is the process needed. It is a cost effective option for large logos and small runs and/or designs with many colors. It is a popular technique for dri-fit garments. Contact our graphics team with any questions.

Our embroidery staff, operating 80 embroidery heads, have a combined experience of over 50 years. Our digitizing staff and operators achieve exquisite detail. We have a full range of Madeira threads and the highest quality backing to add the finishing touches for an exquisite product. Every garment is inspected and steamed for quality before neatly shipping blind shipping to your customer.
